I was excited when I came across your site. The prices were high, but I figured the valentines experience for my wife would be worth it.
I paid $134 for twelve (12) fresh roses to be delivered overnight and arrive Fed 12th.
What I got was 4-day old roses delivered the day after valentines and the courier did not leave them, without signature as advertised, so we have to now go and find the package. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! This is not what I purchased!
Your refund policy only offers replacement flowers. Surely you realize some of your customers make their purchase for a specific occasion. When the product they purchased does not arrive on the date agreed, replacement flowers do not replace the experience they spent their money on to create.
This is clearly a cost of doing business and damaged product that a company writes off. Instead, your company's policies shift the financial risk to the customer as cost of doing business with you.
Five (5) emails to customer service without a response.
